Year 3 have been busy this half term and welcomed two visitors who have enhanced our learning.

Matty from Vineyard Church, immersed Year 3 into the purpose and process of holy communion as part of the christian faith. He explained the significance of bread within the Christian faith. Both classes were extremely respectful of learning about an aspect of Christianity and were very articulate in drawing any comparisons to their own faith.

During our outdoor PE sessions this half term, we developed our basketball skills with the help of Mr Morris from Manchester Magic basketball. All children enjoyed shooting, dribbling and being active in the cold winter weather.

We would like to say a big thank you to Matty and Mr Morris for their kindness and support this half term.
