As part of the Primary Phase's Forest School programme, Year 3 travelled to Delamere Forest to implement the skills they developed with Miss Doherty during this half term.

Whilst at Delamere Forest, the children explored the forest and took part in two activities. The children enjoyed building dens and small shelters using tree branches to make a frame. The second activity started with a hike to an area in the woods, where the children discovered the life cycle of a tree.
